Terms of Service

By accessing or using Listomize, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Listomize provides AI-powered SEO tools for Etsy sellers, including keyword research, listing analysis, and AI generation of titles, tags, and descriptions. Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion. We'll give reasonable notice before removing material paid features.

• You must be 18+ or have parental consent
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted
• Provide accurate information when signing up

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our service
• Use our service for illegal activities
• Submit malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Use automated tools (bots) to access our service without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute Listomize's output as a paid service
• Generate content that violates Etsy's terms or applicable laws

• You own the AI-generated outputs (titles, tags, descriptions, names)
• AI output is provided "as is" — review before using
• We don't guarantee accuracy, ranking improvements, or sales
• You're responsible for ensuring outputs comply with Etsy's policies and applicable laws

• Free plan: Always available — no credit card required to sign up.
• Pro & Growth: Paid plans with founding pricing locked in for early sellers. Current rates published at /pricing.
• 7-day trial: Pro includes a 7-day trial. Cancel anytime during the trial for no charge.
• Refunds: Prorated refunds within 14 days of a paid charge if you're unsatisfied.
• Price changes: Existing paid customers retain their original rate for the duration of their subscription. Material price increases are notified 30 days in advance.

Listomize's code, design, brand, and content belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission. Etsy® is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. — Listomize is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy.

You can delete your account anytime from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice (except in cases of clear abuse or security risk). Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Listomize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior (or $50 if you're on the free tier).

We'll email you 30 days before material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Non-material edits (typos, clarifications) are made without prior notice and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
