Listomize ("we", "us") is an AI-powered Etsy SEO tool operated as a sole proprietorship. For privacy questions, email hello@listomize.com.

You give us directly:

• Email — when you sign up for our newsletter, free tools, or account
• Name — optional, for personalization
• Inputs to AI tools — product descriptions, niches, keywords you enter

Collected automatically:

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type (via Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies)
• IP address — for rate limiting and security only, anonymized after 30 days

When you connect your Etsy shop (OAuth):

• We access your shop only through Etsy's official API, using the read-only scopes you approve (your shop info and your listings)
• We store the listings we sync — title, description, tags, price, state, view and favorite counts — so we can show and analyze them in your dashboard
• We store the Etsy OAuth access/refresh tokens needed to keep your shop connected
• You can disconnect anytime. Disconnecting permanently deletes all Etsy data we hold for you (synced listings and any tracked competitors) and revokes our stored access
• We do not scrape etsy.com, and we never access any shop other than your own

What we DON'T collect:

• We don't use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel
• We don't track you across other websites
• We don't sell your data to anyone, ever
• We don't access your Etsy shop data without explicit OAuth permission

Chrome extension:

• The Listomize Etsy SEO Analyzer reads the title, tags, and description of the Etsy listing page you're viewing — only when you click Analyze — and sends them to our API to compute an SEO score
• It acts only on the listing page you have open. It does not scrape search-results pages and does not open or fetch other Etsy pages in the background
• Your analysis history and settings stay in your browser (chrome.storage), not on our servers
• It runs only on etsy.com listing pages and does not read other sites or your browsing history
• No browsing data is sold or shared — the same no-tracking commitments above apply

• Send you newsletters you signed up for
• Generate AI outputs based on your inputs
• Improve our products via aggregated, anonymized analytics
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

When you use our AI tools, your inputs (and, for a connected shop, the relevant listing data) are sent to our LLM providers to generate the output. We currently use Google (Gemini) as the primary provider and Groq as a fallback. They process the request to produce a response and do not use it to train their models on our behalf.

If you are signed in, we save your tool inputs and the generated outputs to your account (your "saved generations") so you can revisit them. You can delete these anytime from your account or by emailing hello@listomize.com. Anonymous (not signed-in) inputs are processed in real time and not stored after the response. We never sell this data and we don't train our own models on it.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we have on you
• Delete — request complete deletion of your account and data
• Correct — fix any incorrect data
• Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format
• Opt-out — unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email

To exercise any right, email hello@listomize.com. We respond within 30 days.

• Account data: kept while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of closure
• Email subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe
• Saved AI generations (signed-in users): kept in your account until you delete them or close your account
• Anonymous AI inputs (not signed in): processed in real-time, not stored after the response
• Etsy listing & competitor data: kept while your shop is connected, permanently deleted when you disconnect
• Server logs: 30 days, then anonymized
• Encrypted backups: purged within 90 days

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted managed database, strict access controls, rate limiting on all APIs. See our Security page for the full technical breakdown.

Listomize is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Our infrastructure uses a global edge hosting provider (CDN, WAF, Workers) and a US-based managed Postgres provider. EU/UK users: we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards. Specific vendor details available on request via hello@listomize.com.

We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change. Minor updates will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
