When and how we refund Pro subscriptions.

We offer prorated refunds within 14 days of a paid charge if Listomize doesn't work for you. No long forms, no escalation chains — email and you'll hear back within 2 business days.
When we refund
- Within 14 days of any paid charge, for any reason
- Service outage that prevented you from using a feature you paid for
- Accidental charge after canceling (we'll fix and refund)
- Bug that materially impacts your workflow
When we may decline
- Charges older than 14 days (we honor the 7-day trial — use it before paying)
- Pattern of refund-then-resubscribe (rare, but it happens)
- Charges to suspended accounts that violated our Terms
How to request
Email hello@listomize.com with subject 'Refund Request' and your account email. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds process to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
