Changing your email address
Update the email on your Listomize account.
You can change your account email anytime from Settings. We verify both old and new addresses to prevent unauthorized changes.
Open Dashboard → Settings → Profile
Find the 'Email address' field.
Enter your new email
Click 'Update email'. We send a verification link to the new address.
Verify the new email
Click the link in the verification email within 24 hours.
Confirm on old email
We also email the old address as a security check. Click the confirmation link there.
Done
Your account email is updated. Future notifications go to the new address.
Heads up
Don't have access to your old email? Email hello@listomize.com from the new address with proof of identity (account creation date, last 4 of any payment method on file). We'll help manually.
